Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, we may deduct reasonable return and reshipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
